LATEST SPORTS NEWS:

In Senior Boys Rugby the Kalamalka Lakers and Immaculata Mustangs went head to head today.  Kal dominated the first half with 5 tries.  Scoring team mates were Deejay Valenzuela, Landen Koenig, and Greg Filipenko with one try each and 2 by Nick Kober.  There were two good kicks by Bryce Barker  The 2nd half was slow but still controlled by Kal.  Immaculata fought hard but couldn't claim any points while Kal accomplished one more try and another kick by Barker.  The final score was Kal's 39 to Immaculata's 0.

UPCOMING GAMES:

In Rugby Fulton is hosting Okanagan 7s on the 9th this month.  After that the next regular games will be the 14th with Fulton at KCS, Kal in Penticton at PM, and PVSS at Immaculata in Kelowna.  Be on the lookout above for a new "The Bench" featuring the Kalamalka rugby team.  Game is being shot today, video up very soon.
